The sales associate went out of his way to figure out how to accommodate my request for a specific sized escape door for my custom trailer. He contacted the manufacturer and they came up with a solution that works perfectly. He also went out of his way to make sure other aspects of the build that I hadn't considered were also up to the weight and height requirements. Would definitely purchase from them again.

The salesman that I dealt with The salesman that I dealt with , even though I'm sure he is a nice person , didn’t know about the special deals that where on line at the time I first contacted him . It was a very aggravating experience Trying to communicate with him to say the least.He also didn’t inform me the trailer was in Douglas Ga instead of Douglasville, even though it was my mistake. Wasn’t happy!

The other trailer manufacturer had to get back to me with the simplest questions. I would definitely recommend southern trailer depot to everyone. The sales process was very easy. Deposit over the phone, and balance on pickup. Paperwork was all ready and waiting for me when I got there. Signed the paperwork, and my trailer was outside waiting for me. Very easy process.
