Top-Notch Service The service was excellent - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchase process a breeze. I even had to cancel one appointment due to conflict and reschedule - not a problem on their end, they very cheerfully rescheduled and were ready to help when I arrived. I was in/out in just under 30 minutes - excellent experience. For those worried about COVID, I felt all processes were very safe. I was the only person on the lot for my appointment, masks and shields were in place, and the contract was all e-signed via my email account.

Best deal and service My wife and i have been looking all over Las cruces,nm and el paso for a good deal on an enclosed trailer, we got bate and switched by a competitor and my wife called trailers plus, made an appointment, and was treated right by the salesman and the gentleman who prepped the trailer. Got a great deal and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend !!

Bought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last… Bought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last year. Paint on the trailer is extremely poor. No primer was applied, under a very cheap one coat of paint. After 2 months all parts of the trailer had rust showing through the paint. Paint estimate to repaint is $580.00. Also, cheap non radial tires are wearing badly and causes trailer to wag. It needs radial tires, estimate $280 both. Looks like the trailer now comes with radial tires, both Trailers Plus and Carry-On refuse to address the poor quality. PAINT AND TIRES conveniently not covered under warranty.

Buying the trailer during an Oregon… Buying the trailer during an Oregon downpour didn't phase the personnel at the Salem Trailersplus. They walked me through the buying process, inspected the trailer, torqued the lug nuts, inflated the tires and got me hooked up and on the road in less than an hour. Great service!
