GBFalse advertised their product We purchased a 7 X 16 LoadRunner Cargo Trailer from the San Marcos TX location. Before we purchased the trailer we wanted to make sure that it was tubed framed. According to their website, it is. When we asked the sales representative, they said that it is a tube-framed construction. We get it home and start taking off the wood panels to insulation it and find out it is all hat channel frame. We called Trailersplus to see what we could do and they stated there is nothing. Not only did they lie to us they falsely advertised their product online.

The sale was quick & easy. I wish corporate would drop the silly chinese virus garbage. It's a virus with over a 99% survival rate.

GBYour policy of appointments only is horrible!!! Your policy of appointments only is horrible. I was in front of the store and I became very upset and was about to leave. I was even willing to spend more money somewhere else when the man on the phone told me I had to come back tomorrow because there were no available appointments on the current day. Thank goodness the gentleman who worked at the Idaho Falls location had to go to his car at the same time and we talked outside. He provided Excellent customer service even with the inconvenience of the covid requirements. My father and I were very happy after working with him. He walked us through the differences between the couple trailers I was interested in. In addition he went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and to get us on our way home ASAP. When I'm ready to make another purchase and whenever anyone asked me where to go, I'll be sending them to the Idaho Falls location.

GBTop-Notch Service The service was excellent - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchase process a breeze. I even had to cancel one appointment due to conflict and reschedule - not a problem on their end, they very cheerfully rescheduled and were ready to help when I arrived. I was in/out in just under 30 minutes - excellent experience. For those worried about COVID, I felt all processes were very safe. I was the only person on the lot for my appointment, masks and shields were in place, and the contract was all e-signed via my email account.
