Thanks to Trailers Plus for supporting youth programs We are so excited that Trailers Plus is a community sponsor for the Idaho Out-of-School Network. We recently received four 7x14ft Loadrunners for our rural STEM education mobile makerspace project that will be used by Boys and Girls clubs, 4-H programs and YMCAs. The staff has been great to work with and the trailers are strong and well-crafted.

Your policy of appointments only is horrible!!! Your policy of appointments only is horrible. I was in front of the store and I became very upset and was about to leave. I was even willing to spend more money somewhere else when the man on the phone told me I had to come back tomorrow because there were no available appointments on the current day. Thank goodness the gentleman who worked at the Idaho Falls location had to go to his car at the same time and we talked outside. He provided Excellent customer service even with the inconvenience of the covid requirements. My father and I were very happy after working with him. He walked us through the differences between the couple trailers I was interested in. In addition he went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and to get us on our way home ASAP. When I'm ready to make another purchase and whenever anyone asked me where to go, I'll be sending them to the Idaho Falls location.

Couldn't make a deposit the corporate… Couldn't make a deposit the corporate system was down. Local office has no ability to manually enter transactions. On day of pickup power outage occurred no fault of business... two hour delay again no ability to conduct business without power. Trailer is nice handles well. Lacking door open holders. Decals all have bubbles under them. I am in process of removing them. The front decal is not even centered to trailer.
