Terrible customer service I called TrailersPlus and started working with someone about buying a dump trailer. They told me to obtain financing first so I did everything got financing reach out to them. They never bother to help me never called me back I called them several times and they just truly ignore me. Terrible customer service.

Without them I would have been stuck for the night in Redlands, but they were my knight in shining armor. Totally professional, easy location to get to, and they fixed my problem for me and mm back in the road in no time, and after hours too. Your policy of appointments only is horrible!!! Your policy of appointments only is horrible. I was in front of the store and I became very upset and was about to leave. I was even willing to spend more money somewhere else when the man on the phone told me I had to come back tomorrow because there were no available appointments on the current day. Thank goodness the gentleman who worked at the Idaho Falls location had to go to his car at the same time and we talked outside. He provided Excellent customer service even with the inconvenience of the covid requirements. My father and I were very happy after working with him. He walked us through the differences between the couple trailers I was interested in. In addition he went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and to get us on our way home ASAP. When I'm ready to make another purchase and whenever anyone asked me where to go, I'll be sending them to the Idaho Falls location.
