In reference to Trailerplus located in… In reference to Trailerplus located in Springfield, MO. The "Best" trailer I've ever bought and owned thus far in my life. Rugged, solid, reliable, etc. Owned it for 3 years and when they serviced it, it only required very minor adjustments and replacement bulbs. They went out of their way to take care of us. Never been more satisfied! Wish other businesses followed their model of customer first satisfaction.

He was very knowledgeable about the type of trailer I wanted to purchase and gave me some excellent additional information I had not considered. After having some anchors installed I meet Bobby. Bobby like Scott is full of good knowledge and covered all aspects of the trailer and gave me some good tips to ensure things would go right for me before and after I left. Both Scott and Bobby provided an excellent sales experience for me and I will be returning to them in the future for all my trailer needs.

Bought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last… Bought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last year. Paint on the trailer is extremely poor. No primer was applied, under a very cheap one coat of paint. After 2 months all parts of the trailer had rust showing through the paint. Paint estimate to repaint is $580.00. Also, cheap non radial tires are wearing badly and causes trailer to wag. It needs radial tires, estimate $280 both. Looks like the trailer now comes with radial tires, both Trailers Plus and Carry-On refuse to address the poor quality. PAINT AND TIRES conveniently not covered under warranty.
