My RV Fridge is now like new! I purchased a 5 year old RV last Summer with a Norcold refrigerator. A number of the parts were rusted. I found every part I needed on this site. A number of them were tricky to get the right ones, and others had to be special ordered. Morgan has been great to work with, made sure I got everything I needed, and kept me informed as to shipping dates. Now my refrigerator looks like new!

Door Ordered and Paid in May with No Response I ordered a replacement door back in May 2023 and was in periodic contact with Morgan who kept saying she would check on the status of the order. In September, I requested a refund and now the lines of communication are closed. I've called and emailed several times with no response. I even contacted the BBB for help only to find the email they use is not associated with the RV Parts Express. I think this company is a scam.

I should have looked here first I should have looked here first. I found the correct replacement part because this site had a handy guide that told me the replacement part # for these model #'s is... Unlike the 1st site I ordered from their criteria for ordering was how many cu ft and is it a 2 or 4 door refrigerator. It only took 3 days to get here and I installed it without any drama

Norcold Door Panels Product received 4 weeks after the order was placed online was as described. Customer service was very poor. Company did not answer the phone, customer service form, or two emails sent requesting a status of my order over a three week period. Only after contacting Pay Pal to inform them that the company was non-responsive did I receive an email from the company (week 4) apologizing for their poor service. The panels arrived a few days later.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I ordered a part that was on back order and the owner, Morgan, wrote to me and explained how the entire process would unfold. It took about three weeks (which is what I was told) and the part arrived today and is perfect! Highly recommend and I will be checking here first for any further RV part needs.
