GBI contacted 2 rv dealers looking for… I contacted 2 rv dealers looking for replacement shelves for my Norcold refrigerator. Both said their suppliers were unable to get them. Morgan from Norcold Express was able to help me. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking Norcold parts.

GBNorcold Door Panels Product received 4 weeks after the order was placed online was as described. Customer service was very poor. Company did not answer the phone, customer service form, or two emails sent requesting a status of my order over a three week period. Only after contacting Pay Pal to inform them that the company was non-responsive did I receive an email from the company (week 4) apologizing for their poor service. The panels arrived a few days later.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! I ordered a part that was on back order and the owner, Morgan, wrote to me and explained how the entire process would unfold. It took about three weeks (which is what I was told) and the part arrived today and is perfect! Highly recommend and I will be checking here first for any further RV part needs.

GBDoor Ordered and Paid in May with No Response I ordered a replacement door back in May 2023 and was in periodic contact with Morgan who kept saying she would check on the status of the order. In September, I requested a refund and now the lines of communication are closed. I've called and emailed several times with no response. I even contacted the BBB for help only to find the email they use is not associated with the RV Parts Express. I think this company is a scam.

GBChanging my review It took a while for my order to be filled due to a slow manufacturer. I received the request to revue RV Fridge Parts Direct not having seen the shipping notice, it went to my spam folder. Not knowing it was shipped, I wrote a negative review since I had ordered the items 5 months ago. RV Fridge wrote me an email kindly explaining all of the above. So, I’ve changed the review to 5 stars. They did the best they could under the circumstances with the manufacturer and cared enough to take the time to send me an explanation.
