DO NOT order from this company DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a part, and several weeks later I still had no order number, confirmation, tracking info, etc. The payment was processed, and still no information on the order. The phone number on the website goes to a voicemail and calls do not get returned. The e-mail also will not yield any response. I believe this company is a scam. I'm contacting PayPal to reverse the payment.

Changing my review It took a while for my order to be filled due to a slow manufacturer. I received the request to revue RV Fridge Parts Direct not having seen the shipping notice, it went to my spam folder. Not knowing it was shipped, I wrote a negative review since I had ordered the items 5 months ago. RV Fridge wrote me an email kindly explaining all of the above. So, I’ve changed the review to 5 stars. They did the best they could under the circumstances with the manufacturer and cared enough to take the time to send me an explanation.

A big disappointment A big disappointment! I ordered a rv fridge part on October 15, 2023 and I have not received it. No one responds to the emails and text chat messages. I have left voicemail messages on their phone line, too. No response. They had processed the $107.46 credit card payment back in October. Update: It is now March 7, 2024 and they have not refunded my money. I was never able to contact anyone. 2nd update: No response to them stealing my money. It is now April 18, 2024. I had requested a refund. I would not order from this fraudulent company.

Still not the full latch for our… Still not the full latch for our refrigerator. I think we need the whole thing. Maybe you can send an image of the parts so I can figure out the part number, options, etc.

Lack of communication follow up I appreciated the timely shipping of product and notice of one item being back ordered July, 22, 2023. Since then, I have called and left a message twice and emailed once, all without an update for my last item. Now it is August 29, 2023 and no word.
