Coach America was Awesome!!! We hired Coach America for my son's wedding this past Sunday and we couldn't have been happier! The bus was gleaming and super clean and our driver, Wing, was professional and skilled. He was early for our pick up which made us feel at ease. We had music synced from our phones and everyone had a fun time on the trips between the hotel and the venue. I want to thank the staff at Coach America: Sal Ciaravino, Paige Adams and in particular, our awesome account executive there, Leon Goldberg! Leon was so attentive to all our needs and he was accessible 24/7. We are recommending Coach America to our friends and family. Thank you again!

Everything went smoothly Everything went smoothly. Anthony was very responsive from the very first email. For a minute, I worried when the driver hadn't contact me before the trip, but Anthony took care of it right away. I talked with our driver Fred before we arrived at the airport, and he was right on time. We had a school group of 27 traveling from Hartford Airport to Yale, and we will definitely use them again.

Coach America provides that high level… Coach America provides that high level partnership with World Class service. Coach America has been working with us for some time now. Would recommend to any of our clients, referrals and business partners. Very flexible with long/short term service, last minute alterations to scheduling, increase of service, quantity of vehicles needed from black service to super coaches and any other requests we pass their way. A Class service !!!

Great to work with My organization has worked with Chris M. at Coach USA multiple times for trips from NJ to DC. They have been incredible to work with. Always on time, flexible and with the cleanest busses. We look forward to working with them again.

Subpar Experience, But Effort to Rectify After We did not have a good experience with Coach America. Our bus was entirely too hot. We needed to ask the bus driver multiple times to please turn the air down, and eventually to just turn the AC on. The televisions didn’t work, so our bus full of children couldn’t watch the movies we planned to watch. The toilet in the bathroom was super shallow, which really freaked out our toddler. The bus was late to pick us up at the end of the day, so we got home later than we had planned for. Dylan from Coach America did reach out to me about this review almost immediately. He shared that this was likely a subcontracted bus and driver and not one from their actual fleet. He seems extremely passionate about this company and the quality they are known to provide, which is not indicative of this review. He also offered to make a donation to our organization, which certainly goes above and beyond thoughtful and was certainly not my intention with my review. If we were to need their services in the future, I would feel comfortable giving them another try provided they can ensure that we will be provided with their bus and staff.
