The car was great and ljust what we… The car was great and ljust what we needed for our time out West. There was only one little snafu - the radio would come on at various times completely unsolicited. It was extremely difficult to turn off. The driver was annoyed by this disturbance. When we told the person in the office she said she has had this complaint before and it would never happen when she was trying to show her boss. Believe me, it happened almost every time we were in the car. That was the only problem we encountered, Gas was really expensive in CA and some parts of NV, but you cannot do a thing about that - almost $100 a fillup.

Car was great, not ready on reservation day Car was great, however it was not ready until the second day we were there. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice to have taken delivery of my car on day one The staff was fantastic.

I had a great experience with not only… I had a great experience with not only the staff on the shuttle but in office. The car itself was small but worked out perfect for parking at the Cubs game for three of us. I would definitely rent again at this location and opt for a bigger car if there will be more people I am traveling with.

Rented in Mexico with a big liability… Rented in Mexico with a big liability surprise. This has and continues to be a hidden fee in Mexico. I wasn’t the only renter in the office who was placed in a situation. I had rented though Orbitz which had liability insurance along with the rental. But was told it wasn’t enough and had to purchase the required Mexican liability insurance at the time of rental. New to me. Both priceless car rental and Orbitz pointed the finger at each other. Both said they had no control over what happens and is advertised in another country. That’s total BS. They have contracted with each other to sell and have sold these rental cars. They both know very well what the regulations are. If they don’t they should so they can tell their consumer what is required. This is a huge revenue earner at $50 a day for the Mexican rental companies. Shame on you for cheating your customers and leaving them stuck with no other alternative.

Misleading prices Prior to our arrival in Cancun, the website promised a $150 refundable deposit and did not mention a required insurance payment. We were under the impression that we would only be paying the $50 car rental fee and the refundable $150 deposit. However the information was highly misleading because when we arrived there, we were told we had to pay an additional insurance fee of $250 as well as a $500 refundable deposit. This was a negative experience on our honeymoon and our next trip we will not be using this car rental service. Your company should be more transparent with their prices since we had to budget and save for this trip and additional charges caused a great hardship for us.
