I had never been to Charlotte and the woman who helped me was helpful with directions, reminding me to fill up with gas, and she and the shuttle driver were supportive when I thought I might be late getting the car back before you closed. They were both polite and genuine.

GBGreat experience at Mega MC RAC Staff (Sabrina and Jay) were more than accomodating from airport pick-up to drop-off. This is a new RAC business, so the volume is low and you get in/out really fast. Vehicle was great; just what we needed. I just wish I could have gotten a reimbursement on my non-refundable reservation, since we delayed the changed the arrival date by three days.

GBMy flight was delayed until the next… My flight was delayed until the next day. I came in at 6 am on a Saturday but your location was not open. Your customers service representative kept telling me someone was coming to pick me up at aisle 1. I called for 2 hours. After I paid $30 for a taxi to get to your location. Where I was not reimbursed for my spending. I was charged a extra $120 dollar for my rental. Customers service person working at your location stated that the vehicle I reserved was no longer available compact car however my purchase was with priceline.com was for the vehicle or similar. The location looks like a shake or abandon building with unprofessional workers inside. Get t shirt or something so people would know you work for company. I will never refer this company for any rentals. I would like a refund asap.

GBThe customer service was terrible and… The customer service was terrible and the young lady was being racist. She kept taking me through all these changes about insurance even though my information was on file. Also telling me the car was brand new and I would be liable for damages. I have rented from them before so was in good standing. My flight was delayed which caused me to be late to pick up the car and they charged be $15 extra per day for being late even though it was out of my control. I feel like that totally could have been waved. I will not ever rent from this establishment again. The best part about dealing with them were the drivers. They both were courteous and friendly

GBDeceptive Practices-Unprofessional First, the rental car company took forever to send a shuttle. Second, they are running a scam where they refuse your insurance and force you to double the reservation price with their insurance. They change the price of their cars on a minute to minute basis. A manager who wears American eagle Outfitters Apparel and looks 23 with a greasy beard greets you when you need help. A woman who looks like a crime boss family matriarch paces around the place on a phone looking like she is responding to creditors. You should not trust these people.
