GBDrivalia š DREADFUL service Drivalia š DREADFUL service I wish I had read the reviews before purchase. I am being pursued for Ā£30 which I have been told is because I went over the border in N Ireland. I was not formally asked what my travel plans were however I did chat with the representative at pickup to outline my trip. Upon return of the vehicle I was told that because the desk staff did not record my plans that I would have to pay a penalty. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! I was also forced into taking unnecessary insurance and the car was a death trap - insufficient pressure in both front tyres and lots of mechanical alerts on the information display.

IEIf I could give 10 stars I would Booked a car at Dublin airport. Service was exceptional, shuttle bus driver was very friendly, staff in the office were great, fast efficient service and to top it off a great car⦠will definitely be using easirent from now on. Very impressed⦠good job lads š One happy customer

GBNever Use this Car Rental co./ Tru-Priceline There were no cars for the time I was Reserved for, then after almost 2 hours of waiting they talk me into taking the Sunpass for an additional $77 and there are no Tolls where I travelled to. Complete rip-off very unprofessional, When I go to return the car there where 5 families waiting for cars same scenario no cars,this company is a total joke.Iām shocked Priceline uses this company.

GBIf I could I'd give negative 4! If I could I'd give negative 4! Wasted hours of my vacation and the car was dirty and stunk like perfume. Made my eyes water. Worst ever experience. They didn't even check me in! Gave me a car with zero gas and told me to fill it! Then lights on dash. Couldn't get hold of anyone for customer service. Do not use this company! Not worth the little you save. Go with mainstream company save your vacation!

GBGood carā¦HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The car was great, new and well maintained and the price was great for the few days I needed it. It was when I needed to extend my rental and could not get a receipt for the extension that I began to have problems. The front desk on site couldnāt give me a receipt, I never received and online receipt, and have MULTIPLE times tried emailing and calling the customer service line only to be hung up on EVERY single time. If you need a receipt for reimbursement of any kind, donāt use this companyā¦no one will ever respond!
