GBSave yourself the headache and the time and go to a legit company. Worst thing is that they kept my ID and would not pick up the phone no matter how many times I called them - almost missed my flight. Super pushy and straight up lied about almost everything. One example, about required purchase of their insurance - since I rented before I knew that's a lie but other's did not. Car was dirty and had change oil and windshield fluid light on.

GBHelpful beyond words….. I had the most helpful experience I could ever have renting a car! Richard and his crew were beyond supportive when returning my car. I was late due to traffic and my flight was boarding in 30 minutes. He helped expedite my return and the shuttle waited to get me to the airport on time just as boarding started. Thanks again!!!! You guys were great.

GBFilthy car with unexpected charges Car was filthy and had less than a quarter tank of gas. Agent was rude. After purchasing insurance through Expedia, having additional coverage from my credit card company and my own auto insurance policy that covers rentals, I was forced to buy additional insurance from them. I was also charged for a deposit on the car. Car rental center was not on site at the airport and required waiting for a shuttle to take you there. You do not get as good a price as you thought when you book! I rented in Las Vegas

GBI rented a car at the Tampa location… I rented a car at the Tampa location and I was treated with respect and what I reserved was what I got no hidden fees. So, my experience was great and for that reason I will definitely rent from them again. Lisa
