Helpful beyond words….. I had the most helpful experience I could ever have renting a car! Richard and his crew were beyond supportive when returning my car. I was late due to traffic and my flight was boarding in 30 minutes. He helped expedite my return and the shuttle waited to get me to the airport on time just as boarding started. Thanks again!!!! You guys were great.

I purchased FULL coverage for my rental… I purchased FULL coverage for my rental vehicle and was told at the pickup counter that I was not covered for liability insurance. Unable to provide proof thru my insurance at the time, I am forwarding the docs to you to in order to get a refund of the additional insurance that I didn’t need. I was covered thru my agent.

Renters Beware! Renters Beware!! This company will get you in the door with advertised low prices and then hit you with hidden fees! Read the fine print, they advertise unlimited miles but charge you a daily fee if you drive out of state, even its for an hour. They charge you $25 per day times the amount of days you rented the car, for me it was $125 dollar charge for driving to Flagstaff the Grand Canyon and back from Las Vegas. Many other complaints including offsite location, waiting over an hour in line to get a car, unprofessional, $500 deposit unless you can show a return flight ticket, insurance charge and ETC.... In the end it would have been much cheaper for me to rent from any other place, a $146 dollar rental turned into $300 nightmare! BTW im still waiting to receive my deposit back.
