GBFilthy car with unexpected charges Car was filthy and had less than a quarter tank of gas. Agent was rude. After purchasing insurance through Expedia, having additional coverage from my credit card company and my own auto insurance policy that covers rentals, I was forced to buy additional insurance from them. I was also charged for a deposit on the car. Car rental center was not on site at the airport and required waiting for a shuttle to take you there. You do not get as good a price as you thought when you book! I rented in Las Vegas

GBGood car…HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The car was great, new and well maintained and the price was great for the few days I needed it. It was when I needed to extend my rental and could not get a receipt for the extension that I began to have problems. The front desk on site couldn’t give me a receipt, I never received and online receipt, and have MULTIPLE times tried emailing and calling the customer service line only to be hung up on EVERY single time. If you need a receipt for reimbursement of any kind, don’t use this company…no one will ever respond!

GBNever Use this Car Rental co./ Tru-Priceline There were no cars for the time I was Reserved for, then after almost 2 hours of waiting they talk me into taking the Sunpass for an additional $77 and there are no Tolls where I travelled to. Complete rip-off very unprofessional, When I go to return the car there where 5 families waiting for cars same scenario no cars,this company is a total joke.I’m shocked Priceline uses this company.

IEIf I could give 10 stars I would Booked a car at Dublin airport. Service was exceptional, shuttle bus driver was very friendly, staff in the office were great, fast efficient service and to top it off a great car… will definitely be using easirent from now on. Very impressed… good job lads 😁 One happy customer

GBTo be avoided! This rent a car company is a scam. Having reserved a car for 2 days at a final cost of $79 and paying additional $26 for insurance. When I came to pick up the car at PBI International Airport, I was asked for additional $39 for extra insurance plus I was told that I'll have a limit of 150 miles per day. All this is contrary to the rent agreement I had already signed online with Easirent. All of this was accompanied by dismissive attitude of the office staff that consist of one man who apparently was doing everything via a vis the clients, from drawing the rent contract, handing and receiving the cars from customers. In short a very chaotic, unprofessional and rude service. Be advised!
