Drivalia 👎 DREADFUL service Drivalia 👎 DREADFUL service I wish I had read the reviews before purchase. I am being pursued for £30 which I have been told is because I went over the border in N Ireland. I was not formally asked what my travel plans were however I did chat with the representative at pickup to outline my trip. Upon return of the vehicle I was told that because the desk staff did not record my plans that I would have to pay a penalty. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! I was also forced into taking unnecessary insurance and the car was a death trap - insufficient pressure in both front tyres and lots of mechanical alerts on the information display.

Good car…HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The car was great, new and well maintained and the price was great for the few days I needed it. It was when I needed to extend my rental and could not get a receipt for the extension that I began to have problems. The front desk on site couldn’t give me a receipt, I never received and online receipt, and have MULTIPLE times tried emailing and calling the customer service line only to be hung up on EVERY single time. If you need a receipt for reimbursement of any kind, don’t use this company…no one will ever respond!

Avoid absolutely Avoid absolutely! We should have read the reviews. It is a dodgy deal. A scam in actual fact. They have you wait for a shuttle for a while and bring you away on the grounds of a petrol station. You booked a car for very cheap. But once you get to the counter ( no way of getting back to the airport). They charge you extra. They wanted to charge us almost 200 euro on top of what we already paid, pretending they couldn't accept our credit card. Read the reviews, don't get caught like we did. We had to get back to the airport, rent of a legitimate company. We couldn't trust these guys. We rent cars all the time abroad. It's not a legitimate offer. Beware.

The worst car rental place I’ve ever… The worst car rental place I’ve ever experienced. The employees were rude. The cars were disgusting. The first car they gave us smelled like urine. We were literally gagging. The 2nd car was scratched, dirty and smelled. The inside wasn’t clean either. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!!

They have horrible customer services They have horrible customer services. They charged me for things we didn't agree to. They added things to our bill. They have dirty vehicles. They don't answer the phone. Never use them. They are shaddy! They are trying to charge for the tolls when we paid for a toll pass. Horrible horrible horrible!
