FRLong story short rental24 is just a… Long story short rental24 is just a broker ( no car) and work with Rental car SIXT Book a Fiat 500 in santorini on October 22 starting at 10 am. Full payment has been done up front to rental 24 . We arrived late on October 22 at 7pm . When we arrived at the counter from SIXT , our contract has been canceled and our car booked to somebody else . Don’t try to call rental 24 , their call center is always inaccessible! SIXT said they don’t want to talk to us to fix our problems. We lost all our money with Rental24

GBEverything was fine Everything was fine, but I rented a car from Poznan to collect it in Spain, and selected to pay with euros from my euro account. And when it was time for payment, it turned out they put through my account in Zł, so I had to pay an extra fee for a non-euro transaction.

THBooked & cancelled a car with fuul… Booked & cancelled a car with fuul insurance from them with full refund condition available anytime before the start date. Got con as car rental was indeed refunded but not the car rental insurance by Alliianz. 24H pushed the onus to refund to Allianz, & they throw a “not refund” condition which is only found in the terms & condition page of the policy sent to me after the booking which was already too late to do anything! On top of that, charges were billed in Euros, so when refunded, lost out on exchange rate. I lost USD21 for this stupid exercise! So, be careful & don’t get con like myself!

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. PLEASE save yourself the headache and hassle and go to another company. I have spent an unnecessary amount of hours with this inept company and still no resolve. I was charged 576.29 as deposit however, the credit was not applied to our rental. I contacted this company and they assured me they would resolve it only for me to get an email stating they will not refund me. Praise the Lord my bank handled the issue. Never booking from them again!!!

GBThe very process of collecting a car… The very process of collecting a car was all right, but had some difficulties with refueling. I booked a “full-to-full” option and returned a full tank, but still was charged an additional $15. Hope, I will get my refund, as I have already called a customer support agent and they promised to resolve it asap. The staff member was polite and friendly, seemed like they really wanted to help me even with such a minor issue. In fact, Rental24h.com did their best to make my experience with them smooth and sleek!
