Btw, we have rented from Keddy by Europcar several times and must admit, their autos are always new, many EVs with automotive transmission, so that you will go green anywhere during your trip!

Scammers - Avoid! Booked and paid in advance for a Land Rover Discovery (or car of similar class) for 5 days rental with Hertz via rental24H. On arrival this was not available and a compact car was provided by Hertz - which should cost around half the cost. Requested refund of difference from Rental24H, no refund or response to repeated contact. Do yourself a favour and book direct with the vehicle provider rather than third party scammers like these!

They cooperate with local car rental places that attempt to scam renters with a credit card trick - like forbid in Bucharest, Romania. Upon trying to retrieve your car, the local agent pretends your card is not functioning or has no funds, and aggressively offers you a cash only option. Upon calling my credit card company, it was confirmed that the transaction was never attempted. Rental24H does know if this practice as there have been numerous reviews of that nature but they keep their payment and do not force the local agents into refunding. Unfortunately a ram shackle operation.

They have good cars They have good cars, customer agents at the rental counter are always smiley and helpful, all rental conditions are complied. Personally I don’t use car rental service very often, but when I have a necessity in it, rental24h.com is one of the top choices.

Rental24h.com offered the best prices… Rental24h.com offered the best prices for my trip and didn't request any additional fees, only those indicated in the terms in my booking voucher. Hope they won’t raise the prices, cause at the moment they have almost the cheapest rates at the market. Overall, many pluses and no minuses! Top!
