Rental24h.com offered the best prices… Rental24h.com offered the best prices for my trip and didn't request any additional fees, only those indicated in the terms in my booking voucher. Hope they won’t raise the prices, cause at the moment they have almost the cheapest rates at the market. Overall, many pluses and no minuses! Top!

Booked & cancelled a car with fuul… Booked & cancelled a car with fuul insurance from them with full refund condition available anytime before the start date. Got con as car rental was indeed refunded but not the car rental insurance by Alliianz. 24H pushed the onus to refund to Allianz, & they throw a “not refund” condition which is only found in the terms & condition page of the policy sent to me after the booking which was already too late to do anything! On top of that, charges were billed in Euros, so when refunded, lost out on exchange rate. I lost USD21 for this stupid exercise! So, be careful & don’t get con like myself!

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! Don’t Use Them!! Do not use this app!!! They will rip you off!!!!!! Advertises in AUD and then charges you in USD! Later also found out that this app belong to CarTrawler! Absolute trash! Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation.

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. PLEASE save yourself the headache and hassle and go to another company. I have spent an unnecessary amount of hours with this inept company and still no resolve. I was charged 576.29 as deposit however, the credit was not applied to our rental. I contacted this company and they assured me they would resolve it only for me to get an email stating they will not refund me. Praise the Lord my bank handled the issue. Never booking from them again!!!

DONOT RENT HERE I arrived in London on the 22nd of june at 1230pm and went straight to the europa rental cars. They refused my license and i immediately ask for a refund and contated this application/wbsite directly and untill today the 6th of JULY i yet to receive my refunds. THEY ARE A SCAM.
