I sent the other one back (RET USAF with Integrity still intact🤦🏾🙂🤷🏾) and the company actually contacted me right away when finding the error on their end, which to me showed proof of attentiveness to their customers. To this day my mother is dissatisfied with my choice to send the other bike back, because it is so fun to ride mine she now wants one‼️ Also the company on all social media platforms is proud of their product and the customers who also are aligned with their clear mission of clean energy and earth🔋🚲🙌🏿👏🏿🔊💯❤️🌞

Powerful ride I haven't had much time to ride the bike I've only Ridden the bike 14 miles So far it is excellentDespite the fact that it arrive with a missing part no big deal customer service is excellent. Currently having battery issues .G forces customer service is non existent,and please don't try to call customer service I've called hundreds of times they have yet to pick up. To keep it short it has been a nightmare buying this bike please please don't buy a bike from them u will regret it the minute something goes wrong with the bike I guarantee you.
