I paid $4000 for a protection plan that… I paid $4000 for a protection plan that would only be activated after I put 1,000 miles on my car. I have reached the activation mileage and now no one returns my calls. The contact information URL is bogus. You can only phone or use the postal service. This is feeling like a scam. If I don't receive any communication I'll file a complaint with the State Attorney General.

They have lied to my husband promising to refund these funds going on a year now. Rude staff, that make no efforts to help in anyway. Mind you, my refund check has never made it me. They prolonged the process by investigating and placing stop payments. Check has gotten lost twice now. All SCAMS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! THE DELAWARE DA NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE ASAP

This place is horrible This place is horrible. I payed upfront for both my cars. It has been four months now still waiting on a reimbursement check. After they mailed the first check to a totally different state. Even though they have my current address. Then there’s an investigation. For what you guys mailed it to the wrong address. Then no check the second and now third time. You can’t speak to a manager or supervisor only customer service. I’ve emailed and left plenty of messages. I haven’t gotten any response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I gave these people my money.

Warrenty got in contact with me shortly… Warrenty got in contact with me shortly after I purchased my Engine. They explained to me all the benefits of having a warranty in place for a second hand vehicle and what was going to be covered if something went wrong with the car. They sent me an email with a break system of prices for different options. I was very happy with the quotations and there was no hard sell or pushing to make a decision. Everything was made easy for me and I now have peace of mind for the next 5 years knowing that Warrenty are there to help if I need them or have a breakdown. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them again for sure in the future.😊
