GBAfter canceling the policy and sending… After canceling the policy and sending the cancelation paperwork not once but twice, they don't pick up the phone. I have sent it a third letter and this time I sent it Certified with a signature. That way I know they have received it, The next step is to file a civil suit. I am almost positive they will close down and re-brand to a different name.

GBDon't get scammed Don't get scammed. They are the worst. I paid $1,250 up front for a 5 year plan. They promise hassle free claims process, thats BS they have no intentions on covering any major expense ASE Protection is a deceitful and fraudulent business. their rude and bullying tactics are outrageous. I took my car in to the repair shop 4/12/23 cuz the air conditioning stop working. The mechanic said it needed a to be replaced and found 2 other problems, and submitted the claim totaling $4,100. For months my car at the mechanics shop waiting for ASE protection to approve it. Months go by they deny the claim with no reason and told me they give $500 once I paid the repairs in full and sent them a copy of the paid invoice. So, I was stuck with no recourse did exactly that. Now it's 9/14/23. Still can't get anyone to on the phone or to call me back. Still trying as of 11/7/23.

GBThis place is horrible This place is horrible. I payed upfront for both my cars. It has been four months now still waiting on a reimbursement check. After they mailed the first check to a totally different state. Even though they have my current address. Then there’s an investigation. For what you guys mailed it to the wrong address. Then no check the second and now third time. You can’t speak to a manager or supervisor only customer service. I’ve emailed and left plenty of messages. I haven’t gotten any response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I gave these people my money.
