Pretty excellent Excellent pricing and painless configuration. My setup was delayed, but support was quick to resolve the issue. Certain interfaces seem designed more for form than function, and the Knowledgebase needs a lot of expansion / updating. Overall a solid experience and host which I will recommend in the future.

Best I've Seen Best server hosting site. Had a bad experience with a different provider before coming here, and it's night and day. There are people that can answer questions you have before purchasing, the file manager is intuitive for adding mods, and I haven't had any issues with server uptime thus far.

Surprisingly good for the price. They have fairly limited server locations, which is expected with a small company, though it seems like they add more as time goes on. Some of their hardware isn't the best but none of it is bad. Their pricing is amazing, employees are very patient and helpful, and the service itself runs well and has no issues. There's tools for all sorts of things and managing the server, adding modpacks, automating tasks and many other things are actually a lot better than their website indicates. In fact, if I have a complaint at all, it's that their website: the knowledge base is a bit incomplete and little unclear on some things, rendered a non-issue for me by the aforementioned helpful staff, and their advertisement sort of undersells them.
