No worries here. I was worried about getting a minecraft server after checking reviews and finding big companies lying and providing little to no support. Oddblox not only has prompt friendly support they went out of there way to satisfy and assist me. Server hasn't shown any lag or problems running minecraft ATM8 on 8 gigs for far less than other providers.

Surprisingly good for the price. They have fairly limited server locations, which is expected with a small company, though it seems like they add more as time goes on. Some of their hardware isn't the best but none of it is bad. Their pricing is amazing, employees are very patient and helpful, and the service itself runs well and has no issues. There's tools for all sorts of things and managing the server, adding modpacks, automating tasks and many other things are actually a lot better than their website indicates. In fact, if I have a complaint at all, it's that their website: the knowledge base is a bit incomplete and little unclear on some things, rendered a non-issue for me by the aforementioned helpful staff, and their advertisement sort of undersells them.
