He instantly jumped on the issue and fixed it and even went above and beyond and installed the newest version of the mod pack and made sure it started up. GBBest I've Seen Best server hosting site. Had a bad experience with a different provider before coming here, and it's night and day. There are people that can answer questions you have before purchasing, the file manager is intuitive for adding mods, and I haven't had any issues with server uptime thus far.
