I had issues with another Password… I had issues with another Password Manager and decided to investigate 1Password. They offered an opportunity to trial their PW manager system without cost. I downloaded and surprised to find that I could migrate all my passwords created over the past 10+ years into 1PW management software. Amazing and it showed me all the PW and sites that were at risk. Wow, it's taking me time to make the updates, but it well worth the effort. Claud and Alina were very helpful and they provided a gracious discount for using 1PW. I would have paid the full price, but appreciate the saving.

I have only had praise and gratitude… I have only had praise and gratitude for 1Password for the yrs I've used it. I was looking fwd to uploading the newer version. Then the fit hit the shan! I have waited 24hrs to speak w/ a person from 1pw but now need to go work outside. I expect I may miss a possible call but more likely an email. Accessing support is way too hard and accessing easy support seems impossible.

1password has been invaluable for open source 1password has been invaluable for our open source projects, which share team members across organizations. We went with 1password initially because it has an authenticator built-in, allowing OTP in combination with our shared logins. Thanks again 1password, you really make an excellent tool.

All you gotta do is ask I had reached out to 1Password to see if they'd be willing to match a competitor's discounted rate, and they would/did indeed! There are certainly many competitors out there vying for your patronage whether it be this, smartphones, wireless carriers, restaurants, etc. Many will try their best to keep you happy - all you gotta do is ask! (all they can say is 'no'.) Loyalty is a 2-way street!
