GBThese PITS Global guys are FANTASTIC These guys are great! Respond to questions very quickly. They offer a lot of options. They received my drive and fixed it so quickly. Provide all the instructions, free shipping, evaluation steps that allow you time to make your decision. I do wish there were lower cost options because I think my drive was in perfect condition, it was just locked making it an "easier" recovery, whereas they probably have to fix damaged/broken drives with much more precision. Can't put a cost on 500GB of 40 years of MEMORIES though right!!?!

GBI believe the timeline for the recovery… I believe the timeline for the recovery was better than other company's. In addition, the communications between PIT and us clients is well above excellent.
