Data recovered! I reached out to get information on data recovery for a damaged external hard drive. Highly recommended It was a decent experience, the communication was great, the speed of the fix was extraordinary (failed hard drive), and the negotiation of prices was even more so. The only reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the file type that was downloaded. It says zip but it’s in a strange file that I had to use a raropener to get open, but I’m just gonna chalk that up as something that happens when you pull stuff out of a hard drive that failed or got corrupted.

PITS Recovers Patient Notes I tasked PITS with recovering patient notes for my psychotherapist girlfriend that were essential to her practice. In the process of upgrading to Big Sur OS, the installer froze because of lack of hard drive space, so she couldn't access her files. PITS recovered all her data onto an external drive. We were able to reinstall the Big Sur (after wiping the machine) and transfer all her files back to her now functional computer. Kudos to all at PITS for a job well done.
