PITS Global Data Recovery Services… PITS Global Data Recovery Services saved me big time! I highly recommend using this company should you face the unfortunate event of a hard drive failure. They made the entire process very easy, from the initial hardware consultation to the final delivery of my new backup hard drive. The turn around time was very fast, and all of the precious files that I thought I'd lost I now have again. I'm a completely satisfied and happy customer.

These PITS Global guys are FANTASTIC These guys are great! Respond to questions very quickly. They offer a lot of options. They received my drive and fixed it so quickly. Provide all the instructions, free shipping, evaluation steps that allow you time to make your decision. I do wish there were lower cost options because I think my drive was in perfect condition, it was just locked making it an "easier" recovery, whereas they probably have to fix damaged/broken drives with much more precision. Can't put a cost on 500GB of 40 years of MEMORIES though right!!?!

I believe the timeline for the recovery… I believe the timeline for the recovery was better than other company's. In addition, the communications between PIT and us clients is well above excellent. The folks at PITS did a fabulous job… The folks at PITS did a fabulous job and retrieved a decade’s worth of priceless family photos I had stored on an external hard drive that failed. I was unable to fix this myself and the local computer repair shop was uninterested. PITS to the rescue. Excellent work and a fine system for dealing with the customer. PITS is not cheap, but if you have data you must have back, who’s to say what you should pay? I was ecstatic to get my photos back. I wholeheartedly recommend PITS.
