I had several questions and a few… I had several questions and a few issues that I needed help with. Ani was very patient with me and not only helped to resolve the issue but gave me very helpful links to refer to for help as I continue to develop my website. I truly appreciate the Ucraft team always taking time to assist me whenever there's an issue. They make the entire process easier.

UCraft held my hand. Not only did Bedros literally walk me through my technical challenges with my site as if handling a child just learning to use a computer, but he also ensured to follow up the following day to verify that the problems I was having were fully resolved. Simple, easy and thorough. Great, great service.

they claim to send you an email before… they claim to send you an email before they delete your website, except they never did. the hardwork i've put into my portfolio website (that i had because i am an art STUDENT who does not yet garner a lot of traffic) gone all down the drain. this policy did not exist when i first signed up for their website, nor did they ever notify me a change to these policies. it is unfair that my website is now gone as i never got the chance to do ANYTHING about it. from the bottom of my heart ucraft is the absolute worst

Prompt, Professional, and Accuracate information when you need it! Bedros assisted me in solving a couple of problems I was having with my newly-created website on Ucraft. Unfortunately, while he was unable to deliver EVERYTHING that I needed, he was very helpful in what he was able to offer which got me on the right track. Ucraft definitely needs to hang on to him as an employee because Bedros knows his stuff!
