I have deployed about 10 VPS and loaded my card info etc on their website. after about 2 weeks they SUDDENLY stopped all my servers, blocked access to my account and asked me to upload a VIDEO of me holding an ID for "verification purposes". mind you they have just charged my card for services for the upcoming month. I have then asked for a refund for the remaining unconsumed portion of the services BUT they have refused and told that I'm still incurring charges until I upload the video. which I declined to do!

$10 scam from Kamatera :) First I registered and created a server. A day later the account was blocked - I sent all the necessary documents. The account was unblocked, but they told me to make a deposit of $10 to check the payment method - I topped it up. A day later, the account was blocked and support did not respond. It's day 6 or 7. no answer hosting scammer provider! UPD: the money was returned to the card a week later, but I shared my identification data with a company of scammers who did not even respond, who can use it anywhere, so the scammer hoster still

Overall good but needs an invoice system Overall good but add invoices for god's sake The servers are nice and the IP i got wasn't in any spam databases. Pricing is great, but I seemingly can't delete my bank card details. Also, they don't create invoices, so everything is billed automatically every month. It sucks since many people (including me) need more control over billing and every other hosting has that lacking feature.

I am betting this company will join the top 5 in few years I am an experienced user of cloud computing such as Google Cloud, Amazon, Azure and others. I started using Kamatera for trial use in 2020. I log in every few months and I must say that the company is increasing the quality of its services quickly, Their admin panel has a great UI/UX. Their vps are 99.99999% of time stable. their costumer support is quick and porofesional. Guy's this is amazing vps solution!
