GBPatricia Beatriz has WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! Patricia Beatriz is the most outrageously great CSR I've encountered in a loooooong time. She has WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. BL should use this on a Pin for CSR's: "I have WOW Customer Service", and let them wear it on their shirt/blouse. Let Patricia Beatriz be the first one to get it, please.
