Kia jumped in without skipping a beat Kia's shift began in the middle of my Support Chat and was able to jump right in catching up on the previous comments. She was able to replicate the same problem I was having and reach out to her team to ensure me that they would send the concern further up the support ladder to help correct the problem. She also assured me that someone would be contacting me in the near future to let me know the problem was corrected. Thank You Kia.

Thumbs up for Batchleads! Batchleads software has significantly improved my search for leads. It is very user-friendly, reasonably priced, lots of training and value, and a great community network. They are quick to address any issues that arise and are always looking for ways to improve the software and the value they bring. Love it & recommend it!

Chat feature useful but phone support needs improvement Geronimo was able to assist me with a few things I needed resolved or at least point me in the right direction. I think Batch's phone support needs improvement. Someone rarely answers the phone or returns voice mails

This is a review for Customer Service This is a review for Customer Service. I really appreciated how they reached out to me a couple days after I signed up for the free trial to ask what direction I was headed in so they could assist me. I advised I'd actually been given an opportunity in another direction and would not be needing BatchLeads at this time and wanted to cancel my trial. He understood and took that initiative for me. I'd had a reminder in my phone to cancel on Day 6 of the 7-day trial period and again, Customer Service assured me that had been handled. I'm sure I'll be back at some time but really wanted to let everyone know how impressed I am with the help received. Much appreciated ~

I had a problem skip tracing one of my… I had a problem skip tracing one of my property lists. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I messaged support and got Yvonne. She was amazing! Within minutes, she had addressed and fixed the problem I was having and my list was skip traced successfully. I love batchleads support! They are always so helpful and courteous.
