Assistance I've been trying to close a deal since October of 2022. I feel so overwhelmed with information and this platform has everything in one place for newbies and easy to use. If I do have a problem the chat is readily available, able to help me and are patient with me. I really appreciated how they reached out to me a couple days after I signed up for the free trial to ask what direction I was headed in so they could assist me. I advised I'd actually been given an opportunity in another direction and would not be needing BatchLeads at this time and wanted to cancel my trial. He understood and took that initiative for me. I'd had a reminder in my phone to cancel on Day 6 of the 7-day trial period and again, Customer Service assured me that had been handled.
