GBThis is a review for Customer Service This is a review for Customer Service. I really appreciated how they reached out to me a couple days after I signed up for the free trial to ask what direction I was headed in so they could assist me. I advised I'd actually been given an opportunity in another direction and would not be needing BatchLeads at this time and wanted to cancel my trial. He understood and took that initiative for me. I'd had a reminder in my phone to cancel on Day 6 of the 7-day trial period and again, Customer Service assured me that had been handled. I'm sure I'll be back at some time but really wanted to let everyone know how impressed I am with the help received. Much appreciated ~
