GBBetter Impact is a great software tool… Better Impact is a great software tool for managing a volunteer base. After personally using it for over a year, I'm still finding new features to incorporate into our program. The one drawback - I wish they make the app a little more user friendly (less redundancy in clocking in, etc) and I wish they released new features more frequently! Overall - I am happy with this platform and would recommend it to others!

AUBetter Impact is still one of the most… Better Impact is still one of the most competitive applications for volunteer engagement and management. With its capacity to have user self-direct their customisation without the need of paying additional or having to raise IT tickets, teams can quickly add-in features as they grow, or the need arises. I've successfully used this product now for 4 years and whilst there are some improvements, I'd love to see there are options to voice these through their feedback feature, to which they respond once it has been created. I've reviewed various other programs and this one still provides more benefits at a competitive rate.

AUWhat can't it do? We have been using Better Impact for a few years now, though I keep learning more features and more aspects of it. It can do so much more than I realize and has honestly made the management of volunteers that much easier for both us and them. Thank you!

GBHelpful customer service I have used Better Impact for 6 years and have found that their response time is accurate when asking a question. Though sometimes the system can't do what I am asking, they will suggest some option to get a similar result.

GBGreat Software Before Better Impact we used to do all the scheduling by hand, best decision we made was to purchase Better Impact to help us. Our volunteers have given us great feedback as is easy to use, it has also made it easier on them to sign up and/or cancel shifts. I personally like the features we can add for example the badges (years, hours, completing training). Another great thing is volunteers being able to do all training online. Also, being able to send emails, specially at this time when restrictions and policies are constantly changing due to COVID.
