AUWhat can't it do? We have been using Better Impact for a few years now, though I keep learning more features and more aspects of it. It can do so much more than I realize and has honestly made the management of volunteers that much easier for both us and them. Thank you!

GBBetter Impact Rocks! I have been using Better Impact for almost 4 years. We have a large volunteer pool and bring in about 3,500 applications a year. This is the only platform that I believe can manage this quantity for the price point they offer. Just over two years ago our organization decided to move away from Better Impact. A few long months later we ended up coming back because we knew we had made a mistake. We appreciate Better Impact and what they offer for the price.

GBThe Better Impact team is superb with on the spot support. The Better Impact team is superb with assisting in setting things up from the start to being on stand by for any question you need on the fly. I am still learning a lot about this software but truly love it. There is so much you can do with it and it really allows you to communicate with your volunteers with ease. I still have a lot to learn but am confident with the consistent help that is always available. Highly recommend!!

GBI'm new to the My Impact program I'm new to the My Impact program. It's extensive in it's scope which means there's a lot to learn. Their training videos are excellent but what I really love is their chat help option. The people there are friendly, responsive and know their subject! When we're bringing on other Admins where they may not be wild about learning a new program, they too appreciate the level of friendly, easy, accessible assistance that My Impact delivers!

GBI used the chat feature on Better Imapct to edit a volunterr profile I used the chat feature on Better Impact today and once again the service was stellar. The support experts are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Shannon form BI was able to spot something I was missing in a volunteer setup window right away and provided clear and concise instructions to correct the issue. You can't go wrong with Better Impact, they're notch in every category. One small complaint though, only five stars? I would give the support staff ten stars if I could! Thanks again.
