GBBI shows it's quality soon after start of evaluation We're evaluating BI for use in our organization which has well over 100 volunteers actively assisting members of our community. The BI folks have build a solution that, out of the box, fits most of our needs. Furthermore, where some tinkering is required, they are able to come up with easily implementable tweaks that do the job. The UI is intuitive and the functionality is comprehensive. And even though we've only been using the product for a bit over a week I fully expect it to serve our needs for a very long time.

GBI used the chat feature on Better Imapct to edit a volunterr profile I used the chat feature on Better Impact today and once again the service was stellar. The support experts are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Shannon form BI was able to spot something I was missing in a volunteer setup window right away and provided clear and concise instructions to correct the issue. You can't go wrong with Better Impact, they're notch in every category. One small complaint though, only five stars? I would give the support staff ten stars if I could! Thanks again.

GBHelpful customer service I have used Better Impact for 6 years and have found that their response time is accurate when asking a question. Though sometimes the system can't do what I am asking, they will suggest some option to get a similar result.

It is easy to use, has great support, and is easily customizable to our needs. If there is something we want to do, there is usually a work around that makes it possible if not a direct feature. Support is very responsive and provides help immediately.
