It does most of what we need from a program like this, and we are still finding more and more ways that BI can help improve our volunteer management. There are some bugs that require a lot of time to figure out, but there are some great resources put out by BI for when you run into issues.

This site is awesome for offering the… This site is awesome for offering the ability to create and sort volunteers based on interests or qualifications. It makes pairing people so much easier and its pretty quick to learn how to set up.

Easier Management of Volunteers Since starting to use Better Impact, management of volunteers has changed immensely for me. Volunteers can easily sign up for shifts, and the system creates a schedule for them to see. I can create and save commonly used reports to make viewing these items more efficient. I'm very happy with the program, and still learning more ways that I can use it.

What can't it do? We have been using Better Impact for a few years now, though I keep learning more features and more aspects of it. It can do so much more than I realize and has honestly made the management of volunteers that much easier for both us and them. Thank you!

BI shows it's quality soon after start of evaluation We're evaluating BI for use in our organization which has well over 100 volunteers actively assisting members of our community. The BI folks have build a solution that, out of the box, fits most of our needs. Furthermore, where some tinkering is required, they are able to come up with easily implementable tweaks that do the job. The UI is intuitive and the functionality is comprehensive. And even though we've only been using the product for a bit over a week I fully expect it to serve our needs for a very long time.
