However, once I obtained my SSN card, the process became straightforward, completing the Trusted Referee Video Session swiftly in 15 minutes. While ID.me serves a vital purpose, my journey underscores the need for a more inclusive and supportive approach for users worldwide.

id.me. reached out and fixed the issue with my original account it did take some days but I do appreciate the help !!! I have tried to access an old account that had MFA active and an old phone number I no longer have. I tried to recover it but it was suspended. I have gotten as far as scheduling an interview all documents entered and approved and then was suspended. I dont know what to do to. Was happy to do a video interview to resolve any questions. Still spinning my wheels this is not fun (

I gave up on the automatic (AI?) system… I gave up on the automatic (AI?) system after several attempts and used the virtual call system. That works. I had not been told until after several attempts that you must not scan with the 1200 dpi setting because the file size is too large. 600 dpi works fine. I had to wait 30 minutes to get it. Not great. But if you try to call the IRS you will wait for hours. Don't bother.

Impact of a smile.. I gave your company such high praise because of one fantastic team member, Luke!! He was simply amazing and a true inspiration to your clients and company. He was extremely kind, humble and very knowledgeable while being on the forefront of the customer service industry. I'm sure many of us can all testify, it is not an effortless or easy thing to do. I was not too happy about the fact that I was on hold to speak with someone for over an hour. At this time in my life, I had no other choice but to sit and wait because I needed the verification for assistance. That delay time alone could make some uneasy or get enraged. I could have never imagined or expected what was really in store for me on the other end of a 2 minute video chat . While growing increasingly cross, I was met with a very bright, cheeky smile and someone determined to complete his duties with the utmost compelling integrity. His confident, expeditious method of handling my situation was truly inspiring. To find a stranger who carried a light like his is recherche' but to have the ability to take his light and unconditionally share his gift unknowingly with someone else...giving me a piece of joy amongst my own personal horror .. In my opinion, it is incredible and very much so irreplaceable!! Hats off to you Luke!! Thank you for all your sacrifices, time and devotion you have given to your company. Most of all thank you for the simple but impactful, irreplaceable experience you gave me on the other end of an I.D. verification video chat. Sincerely , Candi Clancy
