Trustworthy and dedicated to helping. This company combined with a good antivirus software is a game changer for running your own business online. The staff is extremely helpful and goes over the top to help get your sites back up and running if you ever have any issues. Great price, great support, and fast servers. Sadly this company has fallen to new… Sadly this company has fallen to new lows since its acquisition by Miss Group Web support is glacial - with no other way to contact them. Tickets open for 3 weeks with no updates - no way to open tickets from within the support portal I have a full paid Domain stuck at pending internal transfer for almost a month, and now it doesn't resolve. Meaning I have been without hosting or email for 5 days

Have been with Hostek since 2008 I typically don't make reviews, however, being a client of Hostek is like having a whole tech team on your payroll. The entire team are highly qualified to figure out just about anything. Caleb, Christopher, Chad, Hunter, Christian, Charles, Aaron and many other are there 24/7 to fix your issues and handle your requests, even the tricky ones.

Hostek has improved their support… Hostek has improved their support service significantly over the past several months. They now have a chat feature that allows for easy answers but transfers to a human if necessary. I have a basic subscription and am satisfied with the support I am now receiving. They have been responsive to my needs and I will say support has improved significantly over the past several months.
