As a result of issues arising from their St Louis migration, we were having major difficulties and trouble reaching tech support. Eventually we were lucky enough to come in contact with Vlad who took the time to learn about our issues, recommend solutions and then the most important part - following through on helping us over the rough patch. Shane did a great job… Shane did a great job getting the site back up a and running quickly once the AI tech support switched me over. I only gave 4 stars because the reason the site went down was because an error caused by Hostek with the binding during their infrastructure updates. As a whole Hostek is coming back around to the great service I used to know before they were bought out a few years back. I almost wrote the them off, but if service continues to be responsive like it was last night, I think I can keep all my sites right were they are.

However, Justin wasted my time, and left my sit down for almost 24 hours, and completely stopped answering all of my messages. Shane is wonderful, however hostek has caused a few issues with my site recently causing it to crash.

Vladimir provided me excellent customer service today Although Hostek.com has slowly degraded in service and customer service over the years, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vladimir today. Not only did he resolve all my issues quickly, but was friendly and helpful. Maybe, just maybe, Hostek is starting to turn around again, and up their game. (fingers crossed)
