This is very different than my previous host's system and everything here is so much better - especially the support. I get answers right away in the middle of night. GBVlad is a superstar on the Hostek… Vlad is a superstar on the Hostek support team! As a result of issues arising from their St Louis migration, we were having major difficulties and trouble reaching tech support. Eventually we were lucky enough to come in contact with Vlad who took the time to learn about our issues, recommend solutions and then the most important part - following through on helping us over the rough patch. Vlad - enjoy a cold beverage tonight - you have certainly earned it! Thank you!

GBSimply awful Simply awful! Customer service is almost non-exinsistant. I've had an issue with not being able to send emails from my business account for over a week. Have raised several tickets. Tried their live chat, where I've had limited response, or be offered an effective resolution to my issue. Have tried to contact the "dedicated" helpline, but no one ever answers! AVOID!!!!

GBVladimir provided me excellent customer service today Although Hostek.com has slowly degraded in service and customer service over the years, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vladimir today. Not only did he resolve all my issues quickly, but was friendly and helpful. Maybe, just maybe, Hostek is starting to turn around again, and up their game. (fingers crossed)
