He takes his time to explain the identity information. If I had thought about it during the call I should’ve requested a supervisor for a KUDOS call. Thus making the installation of the software a pleasant experience. He is respectful, professional and clearly able to navigate complex tech issues such as when my download moved me to a page that we did not anticipate viewing. I easily installed the software on several devices with his guidance and assurance.
