Enjoying the peace of mind. I have been a member for well over 6 months now and getting a daily update on any credit score changes on all 3 credit agencies as well as real time alerts when a suspicious activity is noticed is an awesome benefit. I learned today that I needed to click on the update tab to get the latest data about my account balances with my creditors. I guess with so much information I didn't even see that option. Thanks for looking out for me and I am spreading the word about your program every chance I get. Keith

Mr Mark J is an asset to your company Mr. Mark did not patronize me. Nor did he make assumptions based on my age about my tech skills. Thus making the installation of the software a pleasant experience. He is respectful, professional and clearly able to navigate complex tech issues such as when my download moved me to a page that we did not anticipate viewing. I easily installed the software on several devices with his guidance and assurance. The take away for me is that you have a person working for you with excellent communication skills and expertise - and I hope you place value on that because that matters to people who buy your product.

Fraud Restoration team I signed up for Identity IQ at the end of May and began working with Mark Jackson on an identity theft restoration plan. As I stated in my last review, we were able to get 2 fraudulent accounts removed from my credit report almost instantly. To start the month of June, we are already on a roll getting another fraudulent account removed using the CFPB in just 4 days! The effort by Mark and the identity iq team is unmatched!

Becarefull of contract Be careful! I signed up for a 1 time check and they put me on a monthly program. If this is what you asked for, it's probably a great service, but to keep me on monthly, is not what I signed up for. B.S.
