Carbonite has to be the best back-up program out there!!! I am a customer for many years! Highly recommend! I have been using Carbonite back-up program for many years. EXTREMELY happy! It saved me many times over the years! When I lost documents on my computer, Carbonite to the rescue! Or when I needed to go to a previous version of a document if by mistake I saved a computer document, but had deleted info before re-saving. Carbonite again to the rescue! I know of someone who was fired by his job because he didn't back up documents & he had visited homes & documented info for the job, but his computer crashed & lost everything. He wished he had a great program like Carbonite! Very, very highly recommend!

Carbonite LOSES your data Carbonite LOSES your data. This company is an embarrassment and should disappear. I ordered two disk backups of my computers that had Carbonite installed. NEITHER came with the files intact. I mean, a total loss of data. I spent hours with their technical support, which was a waste of time. I can't believe they even hold themselves out as a reliable cloud backup service when they lose data. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, and my data is gone.

Don't sweat computer crash. Your stuff is safe. I've used Carbonite since they started after hearing about it on NPR. I've had a couple computers totally crash since them with my 30,000 digital photos on them. Each time, I just get a repair done or a new computer, Carbonite seemlessly puts everything back like it was. I really appreciate knowing that my digital memories are safe with Carbonite. Thanks!

Carbonite has requested a review Carbonite has requested a review with reminders many times. Recently they apologized for bugging me. That's the first time a company has done that and it made me feel a little ashamed in being neglectful. It also reminded me that feedback is really important to you. In terms of feedback I'm quite satisfied. I assume everything is going along fine because I get periodic reminders of the back ups and I just truck on along.

Have an old computer that dies. Have an old computer that dies at the wrong moments. Just recently I overwhelmed the processor and crashed. All files involved were never touched due the Carbonite features. A big "Thank You" is forthcoming. Somehow you have built into Carbonite a feature to reconstruct what was working at the moment of a crash. Again, thanks!
