Good construction. Wrong color. Missing Design Elements I received my order earlier this week and was disappointed in the final product. I have reached out to customer support but have not gotten a response. The fur color is not what I had shown in the reference photo, rather than a dark grey to black the color is a purple hue grey. As well the details I specifically asked for in the notes on the order were missed. There was supposed to be faux fur around the neck and chest but is missing. Overall the construction looks great but the color is wrong and details I specifically asked for are not there.
