The plush was a wonderful quality! The plush was a wonderful quality, it didn't take too long to get (4-5 weeks) considering it was customized down to the outfit. I was very happy with the softness, stitching and the general likeness to my grandson. I sent 3 pictures of him and specified that I wanted him to have a round face, nicely defined eyebrows, dark hair & smiling. I also said that I wanted his skin to be a dark tan/bronzed since he has a nice dark tan complexion. I specifically asked for a Guns & Roses hoodie, which they did a great job with! They did a wonderful job except for the skin color which I wish was darker. I would have attached photos but I can't see how to do that here.

I also ordered my plush (order #2191) for my autistic son at the beginning of October. It’s all he ask for for Christmas. It was suppose to be here before Christmas. I sent several emails to the company and never got a response until I made a negative review on BBB website. They sent me an email and said they were sending my order next day but they didn’t. They’ve sent 3 emails rescheduling my order. The last email said it was suppose to be here 3 weeks ago and they haven’t sent out anymore emails updating me. They aren’t responding to my emails. I’m seriously thinking about suing this company. My son has literally ask me every single day after Christmas about this plushie. It has been a really mentally straining experience. I hate seeing the disappointment in my son’s face everyday. This company is a complete scam. No matter how legitimate this company may look I assure you it is not. Whatever you do…do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from them.

I am very impressed with the attention… I am very impressed with the attention to detail done on this plush. It has multiple shades of red, tan, and brown, yet they chose to actually match the colours I requested instead of simplifying it. Details like the french braid being an actual braid, the hand wraps being actual wraps, and the cape being an actual cape on top of the regular clothes. The fabric is soft and the plush is as large as advertised. I ordered it in november and got it before christmas. very happy!

WOW! I’ve had a plushes made twice with this company! They’re extremely attentive and receptive to their customers and both of the plushes I had made were incredibly adorable and skillfully made! Would recommend and use again!
