GBBest customer experience ever! I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! Within 3 days of me contacting them to see if I could purchase just the e-file to them sending me the replacement e-file (only asking to pay for shipping) on my door step was what I call excellent customer service! I will definitely tell my friends about this wonderful experience and continue to support the company.

GBDefinitely a 5🌟 experience Definitely a 5🌟 experience. I emailed that my hand drill was malfunctioning. I was asked to send video proof, I did. A new drill was sent out within 24hrs.

GBMy handpiece on my scarlet ms drill… My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill started making an awful metallic noise every time I got above 10 rpms. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly reviewed the issue video I had sent. They sent out a replacement a few days later and it works perfectly. They were very kind and more responsive than any customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!
