My drill messed up and started to not… My drill messed up and started to not work properly so I contacted customer service and within a couple days they msgd me back stating they mailed me a replacement! I had it within a week!!

Best customer experience ever! I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! Within 3 days of me contacting them to see if I could purchase just the e-file to them sending me the replacement e-file (only asking to pay for shipping) on my door step was what I call excellent customer service!
