I have been using melodysusie drills… I have been using melodysusie drills for over 2 years now and decided it was time for me to buy the new emerald colored drill. Since they had such a great deal on the bundles I went along and got that. Everything came in such a timely manner. I was worried about holiday porch pirates so I reached out to customer service n they always kept in contact with me on my delivery day and also reached out to me after the delivery time to ensure I received my package. Excellent Customer Service! I took a lot of time to research all the different brands and products before purchasing a nail drill. I have had the absolute best customer service experience with Melody Susie and so happy I chose to buy from this company. Shortly after buying my drill I had accidentally dropped my drill and broke the hand piece. I reached out to customer service for help and they handled my problem so fast! Prompt responses and sent me a new hand drill within two weeks. Great service!

Best customer experience ever! I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! Within 3 days of me contacting them to see if I could purchase just the e-file to them sending me the replacement e-file (only asking to pay for shipping) on my door step was what I call excellent customer service!
