Efficient staff There was a typo in my address that I didn't notice until the package was unable to be delivered. I emailed dossier and Andrew was very quick to get the issue straightened out, resolved, and ready to ship again to the right address. This all took place within 15 minutes.

Gave me headaches!! + 10$ fee return Ordered and wanted to try the labo copy perfume, overall packaging was good and all but the scent omg, it was so strong it gave me huge headaches. I didn’t want it anymore and so returned it and they charged me 10$ for the return. I honestly think they shouldn’t charge for returns when it involves the person not liking the smell. Won’t be buying anymore and won’t be trying out more , typically paying 10$ when I am trying perfume. Not worth it
