GBExcellent customer servixe just now NEW I bought a solowave wand from Ulta and it stopped working properly after 4 months. Ulta has a 60 Day return policy. I contacted solowave and provided my proof of purchase and they immediately took care of the issue and mailed a replacement. Hard ti find this type of customer service these days.

GBPacks a big punch! I love using the Solowave wand. I have a vast array of beauty devices which I've gathered, and used consistently, over the years. The small and convenient to use Solowave "packs a big punch!" I've actually given up on some of my other "beauty treatments." They are no longer necessary, as the Solowave addresses so many concerns. And... the customer service is extraordinary!

GBSolawave has some of the best customer… Solawave has some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. My package was delivered to the wrong address and they got right on it, staying in touch with me from start to finished, confirming that it was in my hands! I love their products as well And will be ordering more!

CAEffective I purchased a Solawave wand with the serum initially about two years ago. I wouldn't say it's a miracle product but it has been effective for tightening skin and helping with fine lines. After about a year and a half it stopped working. I hoped it could have had a longer lifespan than that, but it is what it is. I decided to repurchase a new wand to replace it. I actually love the new version more than the one i had previously. The red light seems stronger and i like it has an on/off button which the older version did not have. So far so good.

GBImpressive results after just a few days I've only been using the Solawave Wand for several days (for appx. 3 min. a day), but I can honestly say I can see a difference in my pore size, fine lines, and overall skin texture. It's crazy!! And even better, the customer service interactions I've had have been phenomenal. They truly care about their customers and made me feel valued and appreciated. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank goodness for the Solawave Company and their "magic" Wand! :-)
