Packs a big punch! I love using the Solowave wand. I have a vast array of beauty devices which I've gathered, and used consistently, over the years. The small and convenient to use Solowave "packs a big punch!" I've actually given up on some of my other "beauty treatments." They are no longer necessary, as the Solowave addresses so many concerns. And... the customer service is extraordinary!

Excellent customer servixe just now NEW I bought a solowave wand from Ulta and it stopped working properly after 4 months. Ulta has a 60 Day return policy. I contacted solowave and provided my proof of purchase and they immediately took care of the issue and mailed a replacement. Hard ti find this type of customer service these days.

Experienced user I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

It’s important to ask questions & communicate with them as they will respond promptly with great tips on ensuring you get the most out of their product. Great for self care I have been using the Solawave for about a month now and am excited to see the benefits. This is an easy to use skin care product and perfect self care. I have reached out to customer service with a question and Khaye was fantastic to work with and was able to answer all of my questions and provide help very quickly. I started using the serum and love it, definitely makes using the solawave much easier.
