Stellar Customer Service I have had a couple of issues with my wand and each time the customer service and response time to my inquiries has been simply amazing. Love the product, love the team. Highly recommend!

Beware hidden UK shipping costs Solawave's UK site is not in fact based in the UK so, despite the abundant number of emails about their Black Friday offers, when reached checkout suddenly found circa £90 added on for 'shipping'. Love the wand and indeed the serums that go along with it. Sadly, can't now buy direct from Solawave if they're going to add on extortionate shipping which they then say covers shipping & customs to the UK. Great products, sadly no UK presence.

Experienced user I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

I love using my Solawave I love using my Solawave. I love the warming and vibration effect. It took me a while to use is routinely, daily, which is best to see results. My friend at dinner one night said my skin was just glowing. The customer service is outstanding! It’s important to ask questions & communicate with them as they will respond promptly with great tips on ensuring you get the most out of their product. I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish… I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish times. They are both now not working. The “warranty” period has conveniently closed but they said for $89 I can have a new wand. Clearly not going to put more money into this company. What a scam
