I emailed customer service, and received a prompt reply from Lauryn, who was fantastic! I appreciate how quickly she found my order and was able to correct it for me before shipping took place. Great Customer Service I recently ordered the cellulite cream but received a different item in my order. I contacted customer support to inform them that the wrong item was received. Customer support responded quickly and immediately placed a new order for me to receive the cellulite cream. The entire exchange was hassle free. They also gave me a coupon for 60% off my next purchase. The customer service was excellent and made we look forward to ordering from Glow Fairy

Loving it so far The serum itself is great as a moisturizer, i think it rubs in well and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It makes my skin look more youthful with a slight sheen. I cant speak for anti cellulite benefits yet, i’m only a week in. I think it might be making a difference but need more time to tell for sure. I had an issue with my order packaging, one of the bottles came damaged. Customer service was super responsive (within a business day) and satisfactorily remedied my problem quickly.

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. They knowingly sent me the wrong product and then expected me to keep it or pay for shipping costs back to china. I also would never have purchased if they had been upfront about where the product was from
