They keep you hanging on for hours and don't even respond on the live chat some clown called Guido started conversation then disappeared without response. i am not a happy person

New to nembol I am new to Nembol but have to say I have only praise for this company. I wanted to transfer listings from one ebay to another but added the wrong ebay they helped me via chat and messaging to fix the problem and have been extremely helpful throughout and resolved the problem quickly. I love this site I can now integrate Amazon two ebay accounts and others including Etsy this will prove invaluable to me in my business. Thank you for an excellent service

I was a customer for many years I was a customer for many years. When they changed it in 2023 the features that I needed were gone. They changed the program so that I couldn't use it anymore. My personal feelings are that it's a mess and very disappointing that they changed it. Regarding support I'd say - average. I'm looking for a replacement. They should offer a "Classic" version as a separate option.

List from Shopify to eBay and Etsy. We used Nembol to transfer our Shopify listings onto eBay and Etsy, and now use it to keep all in sync and we are setting up Amazon. Software is super easy to set-up and works as advertised. Support was prompt and very friendly, the only issue is they reply during office hours. No 24/7 and no phone contact.

Nembol - Good Product, Good Customer Service Cross listing applications in today's age are often riddled with errors, and while I'm not going to say that Nembol is perfect, I have always received good customer service and any problems I have had have been resolved promtly and completely. Overall I find the application to be the best cross-listing app out there for any purpose.
